- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had to pay $115 to get in the door even though I have insurance and then I waited over an hour before I saw the doctor and there was only one person in the waiting room when I walking in. Absolutely unacceptable!!!March 12, 2017by Jennifer Ferguson
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went in for a severe head cold which I was told is just a virus. I believed it to be a sinus infection. The doctor said if I don't get better, to call in and they can give me a prescription for an antibiotic. She also said we also do follow up calls a couple days later, so you could tell them then if you're not feeling better. I never received a call. A week later and I'm still not feeling well, so I call in and tell them what the doctor said. I was told "oh, they shouldn't have said that, you will have to come in and be seen again." I will not come back in and pay again when I was told I would not have to do that. They said they would put me on a phone sheet to get a call back.December 16, 2016by Victoria Herring
