- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not what it once was. We previously referred anyone we could to Kem Rd. They were wonderful, helpful, quick and answered any and all of our questions. Dr. Ratliff left about 2 years ago and we have seen a decline in service since then. When we recently had a problem with one of our pups we scheduled an appointment. My wife waited about 40 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor did not answer my wife's questions. When there was a prescription filled, she was told they would call. They sent a follow up email which they asked if we had any follow questions in. I thought email would be a quick and easy way for them to respond so, asked about the progress of the medication. We didn't hear back again for a few more days. It wasn't until until we called in again 4 days later, which they replied that the prescription was filled 4 days ago. When my wife expressed disappointment in the lack of communication they dismissed the issue. We had never experienced anything like this when we first started Kem Rd. I wish I had better things to say and I could continue to refer people there but I can't in good conscience .August 03, 2017by Kyle Petricek
